Exoterra Egg Incubator Box
The ExoTerra Reptile Egg Incubator Box makes egg incubation a safe method and increases hatching rates.

This Exo Terra box is based on the suspended incubation method, i.e. the eggs will be placed in a tray specifically designed to be 'above' the water or substrate, 'not in contact' with the wet substrate. This method not only ensures maximum gas exchange between the egg's permeable membrane and the surrounding air in the container, it also allows the egg to absorb sufficient moisture from the environment inside the incubator.

The rectangular shape of this Incubator Box utilizes the interior space more efficiently than those with rounded corners. The Exo Terra Incubator Box is ideal for use with the Exo Terra Precision Incubator (PT2444). The Precision Incubator can hold up to 6 Incubator Boxes stacked individually or 12 Incubator Boxes stacked in pairs.

SAFER INCUBATOR BOX
Increased oxygen uptake results in better absorption rates and stronger hatchlings. The tray is specifically designed to hold 12 eggs with a maximum size of 38 x 18 mm, and prevents hatchlings from entering the water or substrate area. This prevents them from drowning in the water or suffering from impaction by ingesting substrate particles (which they may have attached to their skin) while eating their first skin change.

EASIER SUSPENDED INCUBATION
Conventional incubation methods with wet substrate rely on constant and complicated control of substrate moisture levels, whereas the suspended incubation method is uncomplicated.

INCUBATION WITHOUT SUBSTRATE
The substrate-free incubation method is more hygienic and keeps the eggs separate, preventing the formation of mold.

EASY TO CLEAN
The Incubator Box, which is made of durable, non-toxic, food-grade polypropylene, can be easily cleaned and disinfected, and can be used with multiple couplings.

INCLUDES THERMOMETER
The built-in thermometer allows you to examine the actual temperature inside the Egg Incubator Box itself rather than relying on the general temperature measurement of the incubator.

100% VISIBILITY
The transparent sides and large window in the lid of the Incubator Box make it easy to monitor the eggs, temperature or hatching process without opening the lid. The transparent egg tray makes it possible to observe the eggs. Instead of removing the reptile eggs from the substrate (as is done with the traditional incubation method) or taking them out of the tray, you can pick up the tray and place it without having to move them.
