Voltrega Rabbit Cage with Decoration Kit + Stickers Green

We have to think that the cage is where our rodent will spend all day in it for that has to provide a structure that is dynamic and where the animal can play and move easily without bumping into the walls, because if the cage is small it can provide stress to our rodent.


It is essential that the cage has a drinking fountain so that our rodent always has clean water, what we recommend is that it is a vertical drinking fountain, since, if we use bowls or dishes, besides the fact that they get dirty quickly, they can easily tip over. The feeder has to be a resistant bowl, for example, made of ceramic and heavy to prevent the food from tipping over and, if possible, it should not be made of plastic to prevent our little one from gnawing it.


How to choose the ideal cage:


- Take into account the size of the pet and the species it is and its needs.
- It must have space and be comfortable
- It is not recommended to use wood, aluminum or zinc because with its teeth it would be easy to break them.
- The floor should not be made of wire/grid as it can cause damage to their paws.
- Look at the distance of the bars, corresponding to each species.
- Good ventilation
